Is the whole valley covered — Upper Lambourn, Eastbury, Great Shefford and East Garston, not just Lambourn itself?
Yes: Lambourn and Upper Lambourn (RG17 8), as well as Eastbury, Lambourn Woodlands and Membury (RG17 7), and the village communities below them in the valley, Great Shefford and East Garston. Get a quote first, either by telephone or using our quote form. Once you have it, post the disk in a tracked, insured parcel to the Oxford intake lab before the last post in the village. Tell us on the call what date you are working to. Your disk will be opened the next working morning and imaged read-only before anything else is attempted. If it has to go ahead of that day's bench, the priority charge will be listed separately on the one written figure. A single disk is £300 + VAT, and the look itself is free.
The owners' accounts and the treatment records are on it. Who sees them?
Only one engineer works on it, and only on the parts of the disk the recovery calls for. The yard has no mention in the paperwork; all documents reference a case number instead. Nothing leaves the lab or goes to any third party. Thirty days after the drive is back in your office, all working copies made here are destroyed. The case number is used on everything, including the file listing you check and the written figure, before payment. Can I hand a drive over in Lambourn, or in Hungerford or Newbury?
No. There are no counters within the village itself, nor in Hungerford, Newbury, or indeed in Reading.
